Median Nerve

A

Origin: Medial and lateral cords of the brachial plexus

Travels through the cubital fossa medial to brachial artery. Descends between FDS and FDP through the carpal Rundle to the palmar hand and innervates thenar muscles.
Branches into superficial and deep?

(Innervates all ant forearm muscles except FDS and FDP)

Ulnar Nerve

A

Origin: Lateral Cord of Brachial Plexus

Pierces medial intermeucksur septum of arm, and travels posterior to medial epicondyle of humerus alongside ulnar a + VC , descends the the ant compartment of the forearm medically between FCU AND FDP, through the ulnar canal to innervate the palmar hand

Origin:L posterior cord of brachial plexus
Radial grove of humerus with deep branch radial a. Travels ant to lateral epicondyle of humerus to enter cubital fossa, giving off two branches : superficial and deep ?
