Yes - I would like to note that it should state that it required a s.106 payement PLUS a financial contribution via a cil payement. They were two seperate payements - I can't recall what the individual figures were.

Building Cost Information Service Helpful tool - but is only based on inputs, therefore I always cross check build costs with a building surveyor
