A

Yes

During the marketing of a property, I received high levels of interest with bids going to best and final offers. I communicated this with my client showing a hierarchy of bids in an easy to read format.

During valuations, I communicated effectively with other agents in the market to obtain comparable evidence.

A

During a purchase and sale instruction of a vacant office unit I received two bids. 1 condition, and 1 unconditional cash offer. I negotiated the cash offer to match the conditional offer.
