It seems like you feel that I am untrustworthy and inconsistent but despite all of my short comings I have managed to make over 700,000 dollars in revenue in booked maintenance and services alone, (Information pulled from ServiceTitan for PM info and spreadsheets for CCMemberships.) I have managed to make over 100,000 dollars in comfort club membership revenue.
I am making it a goal to create 500,000 dollars in revenue for the year of 2022 and based on my calculations considering my current revenue average is about 4k a day, even on the lower end with 1500 a day being managed in revenue I can easily surpass this goal especially if I’m more active among the other departments. I’m more than happy and willing to do this but would like to have my salary be appropriately proportionate to my yearly revenue and goals that I have created. This is why I feel 75,551.00 in base salary would be appropriate for me moving forward (36.32 per hour)
