Two categories of Closed disorders (bi zheng)?

2.) Cold closed d/o (Pathogenic Cold/constrained Qi generating turbid phlegm which veils the orifices of the HT) – S&S: ashen/cyanotic face, cold body, white tongue coating, & slow pulse. This d/o is sometimes heralded by a sudden collapse or foaming @ the mouth, which usually seen in coma from CVA or poisoning
Should these herbs be used to treat “tuo zheng” when delirium or coma follows excessive sweating, excessive vomiting, or hemorrhage, or if the patient is weak or in shock with such S&S as severe sweating, cold limbs, flaccidity, loss of bladder & bowel control, & a minute weak pulse
