MANAGEMENT

General principles

A
  • Surgery to drain/repair
  • Invasive ICP monitoring if GCM < 9
  • Prophylactic antipelieptics
  • Correction coagulopathy - stop annticoagulants and maybe begin vitamin K
  • Treatment of raised ICP
