Acanthosis with “sawtooth appearance”
Pityriasis Rosea
Heralds patch appears on track as a small red papule that spreads in a christmas tree pattern.
Seborrheic Dermatitis
Occurs in hairy areas and clinically consists of mild erythema covered with a greasy scale.
