  1. Posterior: Arthroscope
  2. Lateral: Arthroscopic Burr
  3. Anterior: For GHJ assessment and as an outflow

A

Removal of the inferior aspect of the acromion and the acromial attachment of the coraco-acromial ligament

  1. Sling in situ for 48 hours
  2. Teach active assisted exercises for GHJ
  3. Lateral rotation exercises with a stick
  4. Isometric rot cuff exercises
  5. Elbow, wrist and hand exercises
  6. Scapula setting exercises
