After the independence we supported the dictators, so not everyone has a voice. Still supporting civil strife.
Describe the conflict between Hutus and Tutsis. How do the two groups differ?
Tutsi (Pastoralist-owned cattle-wealthiest) Hutu-poor (Farmers) Colonial masters favored a different ethnic-tribe group over other. (Tutsi) Primary difference is economic.
