Mia is a medical student at an antenatal clinic in a rural community that is understaffed and under resourced, it only has 1 doctor and 3 midwives , all but one midwife is busy and a patient comes in and is having a baby. The midwife is experienced in delivering babies and requests Mia’s assistance in delivering the baby but she is unsure on how to help and is uncomfortable.

A medical student is due to undertake a procedure in front of a doctor and multiple medical students - the medical student gets a call from their mother stating that their grandmother is seriously ill. The medical student is emotionally distressed and would like to comfort her mother.
How important is the following:

Justin is a medical student and is working in a busy practice, the practice uses a software that allows healthcare practitioners to send direct instant messages to the receptionist to book necessary follow up appointments, however Justin does not know how to use this software. The receptionist complains to him about this.
