How many representatives should be elected?
200-300 enrolees = 1 representative
301-400 enrl= 2 representatives
401-500 enrl = 3 reps
501+= 4 reps
When is the SSG elections held?
Every last week of February
Who should act as SSG adviser?
Head teacher or social studies dept. heads
What positions are elected in SPG?
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Auditor
- PIO
- Peace Officer
Who can vote?
only grade 3 to 6
How many councilors can be elected?
300 or less per year level= 1 councilor
301- 400 = 2 councilors
401-500= 3 counc
501 or more = 4 counc
When is the homeroom SPG elections held?
within two weeks after opening of classes
When is the school wide SPG elections held?
after election pf homeroom officers but not later than July
Who can be elected as president and vice president?
Only grades 5-6

What are the reasons for the impeachment of officers?
- culpable violation of the consti and by laws
- gross misconduct, violatio to person in authority, negligence, and disloyalty
- non- attendance in regular and special meeting for three times without valid cause
- abuse or misuse of power and authority
How many votes are needed for the impeacement to take effect?
2/3 vote
How long is the campaign period?
5-8 days
