What is the management of a stroke?
Aspirin 300mg
Thrombolysis with alteplase - if seen within 4.5 hours of sx onset. Need CT to exclude bleed.
Thrombectomy if candidate

Statin
BP tablets
Antiplatelet
Anticoagulant if AF
