Q

Describe the relationship to ICF, psychometric properties and what is measured for the Motor Assessment Scale

A

Activity focus

Required equipment and the observation of patient completing tasks

Measures 8 domains (59 total items) of ADLs and motor tasks
Each Q is scored 0-5

Excellent correlation with other OMs but no content vaildation is available due to the fact that scoring is based on observation of improvements

Adequate - excellent reliability (Shirley ryan)
Mostly excellent validity (Shirley Ryan)
