Chronic stress is unrelieved stress.
Acute is temporary stress

Devices that help you deal with stress. In a safe and healthy way
Why do people use defense mechanism when dealing with stress?
So they don’t have to face reality.
Ex: denial. Fantasy. Projection. Withdrawal.
