What is the alarm stage in GAS

A

internal symptoms body experiences under stress

Fight or flight -> physiological response to stress

Natural reaction is to either flee or protect in a dangerous situation

Phyiscal symptoms: increased heart rate, faster breathing, perspiration, dilated pupils, real ease high amounts of adrenaline and cortisol

Psychological symptoms: limited cognitive function
