A state of mental which describes our emotional and physiological tension from a existing stressor

What is the difference between internal and external stressors?
Internal stress is stress that comes from the individual whereas external stress comes from and event or environment outside of our body
What is acute stress?
Stress that occurs as an result of a sudden threat, lasts for a short term and can be beneficial with helping us with challenges. An example is sitting an exam.
What is chronic stress?
Stress that’s lasts for a long term but is usually less severe or intense as well though it is more harmful for our health. an example of this is changes within the family

connects the brain (cns) to the organs within the ans via nerves fibres connected to lungs and the heart.
