Introduced by Gustav Stresemann that was a loan from America of 800 million marks to end hyperinflation ad allow Germany to pay future reparations but only pay what they could afford and allowed the iron, coal and chemical industries to boom.

Another loan from America made by Stresemann. To reduce reparations from £6.6 billion to £2 billion. Released political pressure and there was a period of contentment in Germany.
