Strengths - drive, analytical thinking, attention detail or willingness to go the extra mile. Provide an example.
Weaknesses - getting too lost in the details. Also at the start was a little hesitant to ask questions. Provide an example

Why would we decide not to give you an offer today?

I see no reason why you wouldn’t, given my drive to work within this industry and the fact that I’ve applied these skills in similar fast paced environments. And to tell the truth although I don’t have any _ experience in large name bank as yours, I can guarantee, no other applicant is as willing to learn and contribute as much as me.

• my studies of Economics at UCL has made me: analytical, aware of market dynamics and extremely adept at problem solving
• my strategy internship with strategy& equipped me with practical experience in high pressure environments, where there were deals with large stakeholders
• those two would be to do with my skills and experience, but on an interpersonal level, my characteristics as an extremely driven, inquisitive and attentive worker makes me an ideal hire.

Project in year 13 as a VP of economics society
- was doing a research project on the American economy
- issue was the project was commencing around september time
- lack of taking into account teammembers availability - applications, personal statement, exams, etc.
- delegated too much work, no one could get it done, etc and had to reschedule the project for months later- monumental waste of time
