Mostly larger banks, but have received some interest from other places, so looking at couple options - name if its real
If you’re interviewing within a specific division, say your mostly speaking with similar division.
Recently some Analysts and Associates have left “early” and jumped to hedge funds or private equity. If the opportunity comes up, why would you stay here instead?
Yes, I’ve looked into investing but realised i dont like the nature of the work. As there’s too much due diligence and looking at deals rather than taking actin and actually doing deals.

Tell me about a time when you failed to honor a commitment.
S - during 1st year, committed to leading group project that required us to deliver a comprehensive econometrics report by the deadline
Challenge: underestimated time to balance this with committee positions, basketball tournaments and exams, so delays in my own contributions to the project, so the project was falling behind
Resolution: recognising this, immediately communicated with my ream, took responsibility for the delay, and worked extra hours to complete the project.
Lesson learned: taught me the real world, the importance of realistic time management and clear communication, since them i have been very careful and disciplined through clear calendaring and routining.
