Why join us?
I have spent the last 6 years developing my skills as a researcher, I feel that I’m ready to establish my own independent research group
This fellowship scheme is very attractive to me as it provides me with an excellent platform to establish ambitious research programs, collaborate with researchers across diff disciplines and develop as a research leader.
Although I enjoy teaching, I very much appreciate the gradual ramp up of the teaching load, which would give me more time to establish my research group and build a reputation in my field.
Furthermore, I feel that Strathclyde is an excellent fit as the university values of being bold, ambitious, collaborative and cross-disp, resonates well with my own experience and values.
That is why I am very keen to take advantage of the unique opps that this fellowship provides and develop an exciting and impactful research group here.
