Q

Differentiate between magnification and resolution?

A

Magnification - enlarges the object. ( my note: it only zooms)

Resolution - ability to differentiate between 2 things that appears as one with naked eye ( my note: it makes things appear clear)

Q

List the 4 steps of preparing wet mount?

A
  1. Clean the cover slip and dry it , than add a drop of water or stain
