Distending pain on one side of the neck, oblique head to the disease side, lower jaw turning to the healthy side, and limited movement, pain may radiate to upper back and upper limbs

Differentiation of Stiff neck
Sudden onset - happens in the AM
Pain on one side of the neck or the arm
neck turn towards the disease side, jaw not towards the disease side
Palpations for tender spots (Du, Shao Yang and Taiyang meridian) SCM traps

Have history of Injury, no obvious general symptoms
