- Anti-seizure meds: Phenytoin, carbamazepine, Lamotrigine
- Antipsychotics

A
Stop the drug & admit to burn center

Mucocutaneous reaction w/detachment of epidermis & skin necrosis

What are the sxs?
A
Prodrome: fever, URI
Target lesions—> flaccid bullae
Mucous MBs ; positive Nikolsky sign
- starts on face & trunk
- ocular & pulmonary involvement
