9. Open VCB at 0MW and 0 MVAR
10. Remove voltage. Regulator from service (manual)
11. Run gate limit in the hole, 0%
12. Place 1CS1 to stop position

14. Observe brakes come on approx 25RPM
15. Acknowledge brake applied annunciation
16. Observe RPM continues to fall
17. Record in log book time unit is shutdown

2. Record HW & TW on 84A
3. CK 103B for proper unit to shut down
4. Compare MW on 103B and watt hour meter to know target MW output
5. CK/place reactive at zero with voltage adjusting rheostat on apron
6. Adjust speed adjust to the slow side to take unit to 0 MW (approx. 2.5% slow)
