Chicken ingredients
A half chicken (8-10 oz) completely deboned except for the wing bone. It is pan seared then finished in the oven creating a delicious crispy skin. It is finished with lemon zest, thyme, and butter. The chicken is from Giannone Farms in Quebec and is slaughtered halal.
