Gas to solid
Deposition
Why does a solid expand on heating
A solid expands on heating as the particles gain kinetic energy and start to vibrate more and as they do their binds weaken
What will happen if you keep on heating it
The particles will keep on drifting away as the force of attraction will decrease until the solid turns into a liquid
