occasional delta waves; deeper sleep
What is the fourth stage of the REM cycle?
deepest sleep; mainly delta waves; walking or talking in sleep occurs in this stage
List three signs of REM Sleep
- rapid eye movements
- very active brain waves, but paralyzed muscles
