Protecting the informant and preventing from any retaliation.

A serious risk to the maintenance of law.

Debrief Policy - When does an identified lesson become a learnt lesson.
A lesson is only learned once a demonstrated change (culture / mindset / behaviour / practice ) is embedded in the organisation.

Submitted through Debrief / Lessons Identified webform. sent to lessons management.
