what is a stakeholder?
refers to the people and groups that interact in some way with the business and have a vested interest (or stake) in its activities.
what is an owner?
are interest in the success of the business from a financial and personal reputation position. Manage the day to day operations of the business.
what is a manager?
have the responsibility of running a profitable or successful business. They must ensure that the strategies that the business has implemented will achive its objectives.
what are employees?
are the individuals who work for the business. Involved in manufacture or production of good or service that the business sells.
customers?
expect to purchase quality products at reasonable prices and they expect to receive high levels of quality service. they are becoming more aware of socially responsible businesses.
what do suppliers do?
provide resources to a business that will be used in its production process. this can include raw materials, equipment, machinery, finance and information.
what does the general community expect?
members of the community expect that a business will give back to society. expect the business shows concern for environment
