Conflict between owner and employee?
if the owner reviews the business statements and finds that their business expenses are too high. They may choose to cut down on expenses elsewhere, therefore the owner may decide for the business to reduce employee hours. This can lead to the employee feeling resentment, upset and can reduce employee morale.
conflict between manager and suppliers?
Supplier could want higher costs because they are acting socially responsible, manager doesn’t want to pay much therefore decides to choose different supplier. Overall this ruins the relationship between the two stakeholders.
conflict between owner and general community/customers
the owner has done stuff that isnt socially responsible or was found to be wrong/illegal. this can lead to tension between the owner and the general community. the customers also may not want to spend their money with the business anymore and will decrease business sales and revenue.
