Stakeholder
Any person, group or organization who can be positively or negatively impacted by or have an impact on the actions or activities proposed.

Aim and Goal of Stakeholder Analysis
Aim: Identify stakeholders and assess how they’re likely to be impacted by the project.
Goal: Develop cooperation between the stakeholder and the project team and assure successful project outcomes.
When to use stakeholder analysis?
Throughout all stages of the project cycle.
- Define phase: preliminary identification of key stakeholders.
- Design phase: shape development of strategic sections and inform risk analysis.
- Implement phase: identify which, how and when stakeholders should be involved in the project activities.
Key analyses
- Attitude: supportive, indifferent, opposed
- Influence: decision-maker, policy-maker, access “gatekeeper”
