Invades visceral pleura.
Partial atelectasis or obstructive pneumonitis.

Chest wall, diaphragm, mediastinal pleura, pericardium.
2cm or less distal from carina without involvement of carina.
Entire atelectasis or obstruct pneum.
T4 Lung
Any size
Mediastinum, heart, great vessels, trachea, esophagus, carina, vert body.
Separate tumor nodules in same lobe.
Malignant pleural effusion.
