At what altitude must stabilization criteria be met?
A
1000ft Baro above TDZ or 3Nm from Rwy threshold whichever comes first in IMC and VMC

What are exceptions to this rule?
A
Circling approaches or Visual approaches following a complete Visual Pattern (500ft Baro above TDZ)

Criterias (General):
A
- Final landing configuration
- Landing checklist completed
- Correct lateral/vertical path
- Thrust stabilized above idle
- Managed speed: +25/-5kts
- V/S not greater than 1000ft/min
- No excessive deviations from flight parameters

Correct lateral/vertical path criteria:
A
- ILS (G/S and LOC): +-1 point
- VOR: +- 1/2 point,+-2.5º and correct altitude profile
- NDB: +-5º and correct altitude profile
- RNP VNAV: +-0.3 Nm / -75ft
- RNP LNAV: +-0.3 Nm/ Correct vertical profile
- Visual Approach: adequate visual profile
