SRA Flashcards
What are the four sensitivity measures used in an SRA?
- CI: Criticality Index
- SI: Significance Index
- SSI: Schedule Sensitivity Index
- CRI: Cruciality Index
What are the three different ways to measure the CRI?
- Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient
- Kendall’s tau rank correlation coefficient
- Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient
What does CI measures?
The Criticality Index measures the probability that an activity is part of the critical path.
What does SI measures?
The Significance Index measures the relative importance of an activity.
What does SSI measures?
The Schedule Sensitivity Index measures the relative importance of an activity taking the CI into account.
What does CRI measures?
The Cruciality Index measures the correlation between the activity duration and the total project duration.
What’s the difference between sample and population standard deviation?
Sample handles the data as if it was one sample => divide sum of squares of the deviations by number of datapoints - 1
Population => divide by number of datapoints
