RP was paying for sponsored ads even when the machine was off, basically assumed Uber would turn off.
Situation: Walk into resto and they had

Result: The manager had compensated the RP with some money, and offers.
Reflection: seen this sponsored ads issue with multiple RPs and said to my manager that this needs to be looked into and sorted.
How do you stay motivated and engaged in your work?
Having a clear structure for the day e.g. setting specific times for cold calling, cold emailing, and admin tasks, self prospecting. checking the day before how my day is going to look the following the day and do a self reflect at the end of the day too, Numbers game so I always the end goal in mind.

How would your former colleagues describe your work style?
organized, like to get the work done, stay calm in stressful situations know this from my feedback from RPs and collegues. and adaptable. e.g. we had to cut the amount of promo given to all restaurants by 50% so any exclusive deals that had promo on had to be cut, everyone was stressing so I came up with an idea that you can offset this by giving a higher cash bonus but they have to use the extra cash for promo.

Going out after 2 weeks of training into the field, and RP was happy to join, he wanted to be exclusive so I said to him I can give you 22% exclusive.

I get carried away having a convo with people in meetings with RPs and will end up have 2hr meetings which will then the same will happen in the following meeting and some I end up coming home at 1 am. improving this by keeping track of time in meetings, and explaining to the RP I need to get going as I have other restaurants to visit but I will come to visit them later in the month.
