0.5oz Two James Nain Rouge absinthe
1oz Benedictine
1.5oz Dolin dry vermouth
Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice. Stir. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange peel.
Thin Mint
1.5oz Journeyman W.R. whiskey
0.75oz Godiva chocolate liqueur
1oz cream
0.5oz simple syrup
3 fresh mint leaves
1 dash Fee Brothers mint bitters
Muddle mint leaves in mint bitters and simple syrup. Add other ingredients. Add ice. Shake well. Fine strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with mint sprig and cocoa powder.
NY Sour
1.5oz Maker’s Mark bourbon
0.5oz simple syrup
0.5oz fresh lemon juice
2oz Castle Rock merlot
Combine all ingredients except merlot in shaker. Add ice and fill rocks glass with ice. Shake drink mixture. Strain into ice-filled rocks glass. Float merlot.
Valentine Vesper
2oz Valentine Liberator gin
1oz Valentine Wht Blossom vodka
0.25oz Lillet Blanc
Combine all ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice. Stir. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
Au Revoir Shoshanna
1.5oz Tito’s vodka
0.5oz St. Germain
0.5oz fresh lemon juice
0.5oz simple syrup
3 fresh mint leaves
5 blueberries
In shaker, muddle blueberries and mint leaves in simple syrup. Add other ingredients. Add ice. Shake well. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with mint sprig.
Lemme Remy
1.5oz Remy Martin VSOP
0.5oz Luxardo limoncello
0.5oz fresh lemon juice
0.5oz honey/ginger simple syrup
2 dashes Fee Brothers lemon bitters
Regatta ginger beer
Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in rocks glass. Add ice. Stir. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lemon wedge.
First Daffodils
- 5oz New Holland Kn. Gin
- 5oz St. Germain
- 25oz Creme de Violette
- 5oz Dolin dry vermouth
- 25oz lavender simple syrup
Combine all ingredients in shaker. Add ice. Shake well. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
Lotus and the Jondy
2oz Blue Nectar Reposado 0.75oz lavender simple 1 dash Angostura bitters Orange slice 2 blackberries Soda water
Muddle orange and blackberries in lavender simple and bitters. Add tequila. Add ice. Stir. Splash soda water.
The Nihilist
1oz Stoli 0.5oz Nux Alpina walnut liqueur 0.5oz Kahlua 0.25oz Branca Menta 2oz cream 3 dashes bitter truth nut bitters
Fill rocks glass with ice. Splash branca menta. Stir to coat glass. Dump. Fill rinsed glass with ice. Add vodka, liqueurs, and nut bitters. Float cream on top.
Ordell Robbie’s Hustle
1.5oz New Holland Amber rum
1oz Chateau d’Orignac
0.5oz Bauchant
2 dashes Regan’s orange bitters
Combine all ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice. Stir. Strain into rocks glass with one large ice cube in it. Garnish with orange peel.
Basil Bliss
2oz Opihr gin 0.5oz simple syrup 0.5oz fresh lemon juice 0.5oz fresh lime juice 1.5 strawberries (macerated) 3 medium-size basil leaves Tonic water
In shaker, muddle strawberries and basil in simple. Add other ingredients except tonic. Add ice and fill Collins glass with ice. Shake. Strain into ice-filled Collins glass. Top with tonic. Garnish with basil leaf.
Diosa Verde
1.5oz Wahaka mezcal
0.5oz cilantro simple syrup
0.75oz fresh lime juice
0.5oz Thatcher’s cuke liqueur
1 egg white
2 dashes Fee Brothers celery bitters
Pinch cumin
Combine all ingredients in shaker. Dry shake. Add ice. Shake. Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with cilantro leaf in center of foam.
