  1. DRSABCD
  2. RICER- Rest
    I- ice/cold pack for 15 minutes every 2 hours then 15 minutes every 4 hours
    C- Compression bandage
    E- Elevate injury
  3. Avoid HARMH - Heat
    A - Alcohol
    R - Running / exercise
    M - Massage
  4. Seek medical aid
