- An effort at making personal connections with employees
- An understanding of employees needs whilst being fair and not showing favouritism
- Someone with an approachable manner that gives effective feedback in the right way
Why should we hire you?
- I adapt to places and different people quite easily and feel once I am familiar with my duties i’d be able to deliver exceptional results
- I was taught in my last job to upsell and I’ve become quite good at driving sales at the till.
- I have experience with dealing with difficult customers and complaints as well as informing customers on what the company sells and the services they offer and to make this work I’d tailor this for the products sold here at Sports Direct.

Why do you want to work for us?
Sports direct is quite a popular sports retailer, I feel it will fit in well with my studies and will also broaden my knowledge of retail sales experience. I was also looking for a change in career to suit what I want to do in the future.
