Histologic findings:
- spongiosis
- eosinophils in dermis +/- epidermis
- Occasional vesicles
- PK
- acanthosis in subacute to chronic lesions
DDX:
- allergic contact dermatitis
- atopic eczema
- nummular eczema
- drug reactions (usually see interface also)
- Hypersensitivity/id reactions
- scabies
- arthropod bite (deep eos)
- seb derm (few eos)
- vesicular stage of incontinentia pigment
- urticarial stage of bullous pemphigoid
- viral exanthem
