- Sclerema neonatorum (lipocytes,min inflammation)
- Subcutaneous fat necrosis of the newborn (lipocytes and giant cells/inflammation)
- Post-steroid panniculitis (clinical hx)

DDX for subcutaneous lymphoid follicles
- Lupus profundus
- Lymphoid hyperplasia B cell“pseudolymphoma”
- Chronic insect bite or drug reaction
- Marginal zone Bcell lymphoma
