Q

What happened in split brain research?

A

Picture of an object is shown in a patients right visual field and the patient can describe what is seen. However if same object shown of left visual field the patient typically reported that there was nothing there. Although they were able to select a matching object from a grab bag using their left hand.

Q

Sorry and gazzaniga split brain research

A

.11 split brain patients in lab conditions were asked to fixate on a fit in the centre of a screen of information (word or image) was presented to either the left or right vsf for 1/10 of a second
.they were then asked to make repossess with left hand and their right hand or verbally m without being able to see what their hands were doing
