Name actions (uni-2, bilat-1), origin, insertion for splenius capitis amd cervicis. Give nerve innervation

A: unilaterally ROTATE head and neck to the same side
LATERALLY FLEX head and neck to the same side
Bilaterally:EXTEND the head and neck
O:CAPITUS- inferior lateral 1/3 of ligamentum nuchea and SP’s of C7-T4
CERVICIS- SP’s of T3-T6
I:CAPITIS- mastoid process and lateral portion of superior nuchal line
CERVICIS- TVPS of C1-C3
N: cervical
