Rx: resolves any kind of damp, regulates water for water metabolism problems such as edema, urinary disturbance, etc.

Flexed knee, 2 cun above mediosuperior border of the patella, on bulge of the medial portion of the quadriceps femoris. OR Flexed knee, cup your right palm over left knee, with thumb on the medial side and other four fingers directly proximally, and the thumb forming a 45 degree angle with the index finger; point is where tip of thumb rests
