• modified right lateral decubitus
• 12 mm trocar, 3-4 cm below left costal margin in mid-clavicular line.
• two 5-mm trocars along midline between xyphoid and 12 port. 12 mm port left axillary line.
• Divide splenocolic ligament and mobilize splenic flexure
• Divide short gastric vessels to superior pole of spleen.
• Divide splenorenal ligament, inferior pole.
• mobilize superior pole of spleen to see hilum.
• Place stapler through 12 mm port and divide vessels-vascular load.
• remove spleen through endocatch bag.
