A
  • Expose pelvic sidewall and identify infundibulopelvic and round ligament.
  • Incised peritoneum 1 cm lateral to IP ligament toward Toldt, develop perirectal space.
  • Identify ureter, EI V, EIA
  • Window in peritoneum near ovarian vessels in suspensory ligament.
  • Transect attachments and ovarian ligament.
  • Ligate fallopian tube near corunua.

Ovarian cystectomy

A
  • Expose and stabilize ovarian mass
  • incise ovarian serosa over mass
  • separate mass from serosa
  • ligate feeding vessels
  • close serosa with vicryl suture
  • Oophorectomy if uncontrollable bleeding
