What are the main symptoms of spleen Qi sinking?
⚡️ bearing down sensation
⚡️ prolapse of internal organs
Poor appetite
Pale complexion
weakness of the limbs
tendency to obesity

What are the main symptoms of SP not controlling blood?
So qi xu
⚡️ bruising easily
⚡️menometrorrhagia
⚡️blood in urine and/or stool
⚡️ Excessive uterine bleeding
⚡️P: fine
⚡️T: pale
What are the main symptoms of SP XUE XU?
Sp qi xu
⚡️ Dull complexion
⚡️ tiredness
⚡️ Lights abdominal distension
⚡️scanty Periods or amenorrhoea
⚡️sore joints
T: pale/ thin/ slightly dry
What are the main symptoms of cold damp invading the SP?
⚡️ Feeling of cold in the MJ
⚡️ Overall dump signs (exterior cold dump invasion)
T: sticky, white coat
Are the main symptoms of damp heat invading the SP?
⚡️ Abdominal fulness
⚡️exterior damp- heat invasion ( exterior or food related )
Thirst without desire to drink
Loose stools with offensive odour
Burning sensation in the anus
Feeling of heaviness of the head
yellow sclera of eye
⚡️T: sticky yellow coat
P: Slippery/rapid
Note: Dump heat is an extremely common cause of urinary problems and/or skin diseases
Main symptom of dampness and LR qi stagnation?
Dampness creates LR qi yu 
⚡️ Dampness accumulation obstructs liver qi flow and GB bile secretion
