⚡️irritability
⚡️Abdominal distension (bloating)

⚡️Pain before and/or irregular menses
Distension of breasts before. Premenstrual tension and irritability
Melancholy, depression, fluctuation of mental state
T: the body colour may be normal in severe cases, it may be slightly red on the sides
P: wiry, specially on the left side
What are the main symptoms for LR QI stagnation into heat?

⚡️Outbursts of anger
Hypochondriacal Or epigastric distension

premenstrual tension

What are the main symptoms of rebellious liver Qi?
Lr qi stag➡️ rebellious lr qi➡️ lr Yang rising
⚡️ ST counter flow symptoms; LR qi stagnation
⚡️ belching
Hypochondria or epigastric distention
Hiccup
Nausea
Vomiting
Belching
Irritability
Breast distention
T: in light cases the tongue body colour may not change. In severe cases the sides will be read
⚡️P: wiry in LR & ST positions
What are the main symptoms of LR xue stagnation ?
⚡️ painful during menstruation ( stabbing pain)
⚡️clotting
⚡️Cysts
What are the main symptoms of LR fire?

⚡️LR qi Stagnation with outbursts of anger, tinnitus ( high pitch ) ,Temporal headache, bitter taste, dream disturb sleep, epistaxes, red face and face
Dark yellow urine next line constipation with dry stools
⚡️T: red body, rather on the sides with dry yellow coating
P: full/wiry/rapid
What are the main symptoms for Damp-heat in the LR?
Sp qi xu
+ ➡️ damp- heat LR➡️ phlegm
LR heat
⚡️ Jaundice
⚡️fulness of hypochondrium and abdomen
⚡️Feeling of heaviness
⚡️ bitter and sticky taste
Nausea
Vomiting
Vaginal discharge
pain and swelling in scrotum
Pruritus
Papular or vesicular skin rashes and itching
Burning on urination
Dark urine
⚡️T: red body with redder sides, sticky yellow coding

What are the main signs of cold Stagnation in the liver channel?
⚡️ referral pain to scrotum and testis
⚡️cold hands and feet; cold invading lr ch.
Pain is alleviated by warmth
Straightening of the testis or contraction of the scrotum
Vomiting clear watery fluids
T:pale and wet with white coding
⚡️P: deep/wiry/slow
What are the main symptoms of LR blood deficiency?
Kd qi xu➡️ lr xue xu
⚡️ Painful after manses has stopped (empty feeling)
⚡️Blurred vision
⚡️ scanty periods
⚡️Alopecia
⚡️dry brittle nails
Numbness or tingling of limbs
Floaters in the eyes
Diminished night vision
Amenorrhoea
pale lips
Dry hair and skin
Depression
Muscle weakness
Dull- pale face
⚡️T: pale body, specially on the sides, which in extreme cases 10 assume an orangey color, thin and slightly dry
⚡️P: choppy or fine
What are the main signs of liver yin xu ? 
Lr xue xu➡️ lr yin xu

⚡️ dry eyes
⚡️ Blurred vision
⚡️Lr xue xu with kidney Yin xu signs
Very dry hair and skin
Empty heat
Pale lips
Tingling or numbness of limbs
Scanty menstruation
⚡️T: normal coloured without coating or with ruthless coating
P: floating/empty
What are the main symptoms of LR Yang rising ?
( most common cause of headaches )
Emotional stress ➡️ lr Yang xu
⚡️ throbbing headaches
⚡️ Dizziness
⚡️Tinnitus -high pitch
⚡️Insomnia
⚡️Irritability
T: Depends on underlying condition
⚡️P: wiry. However, if there is liver blood or liver yin xu -wiry but fine
What are the main symptoms of liver wind?
⚡️tics, tremors of limbs, convulsions, deviation of eye and mouth
⚡️aphasia
⚡️coma
⚡️LR FIRE; LR Xue xu, LR yin xu
What’s the main symptom of lr Transversely affecting Sp ?
Rebellious lr qi
⚡️ alternation of constipation and loose stools
Note: often seen in irritable bowel syndrome
P: wiry
Two distinctions:
Lr overacting on sp
Sp weak allows itself to be invaded by lr ( even when LR is not overacting )
What are the main symptoms of liver transferably affecting the ST?
Rebellious lr qi
⚡️ Sour regurgitation
⚡️hiccups
⚡️belching
⚡️ hypochondriac/ epigastric distension and pain

What are the main symptoms of liver fire insulting lungs?
Lr qi stag with fire signs; Lu qi unable to descend
