NOTE: on PC patterns there are more chest symptoms than in HT patterns like: pain, distension,oppression ,stuffiness of the chest
What are the main symptoms for PC blood deficiency?
HT xue xu↘️
PC xue xu➡️ xue yu in chest
SP qi&xue xu ↗️
⚡️ Discomfort in the chest
⚡️Palpitations
⚡️Insomnia
⚡️Poor memory
⚡️Easily startled
Looks like HT XUE XU but with more discomfort in the chest
P: Choppy or fine but very slightly hard on the left front position
T :pale, thin, slightly dry
What are the main symptoms for PC fire?
Lr fire➡️ pc fire ➡️ HT yin xu
⚡️ Palpitations
⚡️A feeling of tightness and heat in the chest
⚡️Thirst
⚡️Bitter taste when waking daily
⚡️Insomnia
T: Read, tip redder And swollen with red points, yellow coating. There may be a midline crack reaching to the tip P :full/rapid /overflowing specially on the left front position. Hasty (rapid and stopping at its regular intervals)
What are the main symptoms for Phlegm Fire affecting the PC?
SP xu ➡️ phlegm fire affecting PC
⚡️ Chest depression and pain
⚡️DIAN/KUANG (insane/violent behaviour)
Red face
Bitter taste
Mental restlessness
Agitation
Incoherent speech
Mental confusion
Rash behavior
Tendency to hit or scold people
T: red, swollen with yellow, dry sticky coat,deep HT crack. The tip may be redder and swollen with red points
P:full/rapid/slippery or
rapid/overflowing/slippery or
rapid/full/wiry
What are the main symptoms for PC QI stagnation?
LR Qi stag➡️ PC qi stag➡️LR QI stag
↘️ xue xu
⚡️ Chest distension and palpitations (due to Qi stagnation in the PC channel)
⚡️ sighing & SOB (due to stagnation of PC channel affecting LU channel)
