Sudden onset, rapid progress
Low back pain
Unilateral/bilateral lower limb motor/sensory abnormality
Lower limb motor weakness/sensory deficits
Bowel/bladder dysfunction
Urinary dysfunction
Bowel disturbances
Sexual dysfuntion
