M: Deltoid and teres minor

M: Supinator, Triceps brachii, brachioradialis
S: Posterior arm, medial back of hand
Median Nerve
M: Pronator Teres, Flexor carpi radialis
S: palmar side of 1-4 fingers
Ulnar Nerve
M: Flexor carpi ulnaris
S: 4 and 5 fingers
Genitofemoral Nerve
M: Cremaster muscle
S: inner thigh, scrotum, labia majora
Femoral Nerve
M: Sartorius, quads, illiacus, pectineus
S: lateral anterior thigh, dorsum of foot

M: Bulbospongiosus, levator ani, ischiocavernosus, external anal sphincter
S: skin of penis, scrotum, clitoris, labia, vagina

M: Biceps femoris, adductor magnus, semitendinosus, semimembranosus
